NCHS Squash Program Goals

The primary goals for the NCHS squash teams are to provide advanced coaching with an increased focus on strategy, physical and mental fitness and team dynamics in order for players to maximize their potential in pursuit of success in league matches and tournaments, including the US High School Team Squash Championship. Our secondary goal is to provide professional coaching for new participants as well as more advanced professional coaching for intermediate and advanced players to help all players improve their performance throughout the season.

All players are expected to adhere to the New Canaan Squash, Inc. Code of Conduct.
